WHAT IS INCLUDED
Planned Maintenance Program
Planned Maintenance Program services include inspections, PM services, systems checks, and/or load bank tests as per the requirements outlined in the specific PM Agreement.
A complete check of the engine lubrication system. Change engine oil and filter. Obtain oil samples upon request.
Complete check of the cooling system. Obtain coolant sample upon request. Additive levels checked and maintained in diesel engines. Check PH and freeze levels of gaseous and diesel cooling systems.
Complete fuel system check with fuel filter replacement during annual visit.
Complete check of starting system including engine battery, starter, cables, and charger outputs.
Complete check of air intake and exhaust system including associated louvers. Air cleaner inspected, cleaned/changed as per Generac specifications.
Complete exhaust and muffler system check for leaks and proper operation.
Check all engine systems such as turbochargers, governors and heaters during annual visit.
Complete check of all generator components for proper operation including controls and circuit breakers, as well as fuel, coolant and oil systems. Check all control panel operations and shutdown systems.
Complete check of the automatic transfer switch connections. Test automatic operation of ATS upon request.
Proper disposal of all waste products used during the PM service in accordance with DEP/EPA guidelines.
Provide completed written checklist for services performed and recommended repair items.
Provide 100% load bank testing of generator, upon request.
