- Visually inspect dampers and isolation mounts

- Service and/or replace the air filters as needed
- Annually inspect turbocharger system
- Check supports, connections, and insulation in exhaust system
- Check muffler, and exhaust pipes
- Inspect brushes, slip-rings, and commutator as needed
- Inspect Stator, rotor, exciter as needed
- Inspect wiring/connections as needed
- Inspect flex plate as needed
- Inspect mounting and general appearance
- Annually inspect bearings and lubricate as needed
- Annually Inspect/test voltage regulator
- Annually Inspect fuses and circuit breakers as needed
- Test manual start system
- Inspect for fuel leaks
- Inspect for oil leaks
- Inspect for coolant leaks
- Inspect for exhaust leaks
- Inspect for vibrations and/or noises
- Inspect for proper air flow
- Check for correct governor operation
- Check for proper oil pressure and water temperature
- Inspect and test for proper alternator operation
- Test for correct shutdown
- Test shutdown alarms
- Check output Voltage & Frequency
- Optional load bank testing
- Check general appearance
- Inspect and check wiring/connections
- Inspect and check normal and emergency power monitors
- Inspect control relays
- Record time delay engine start, time delay normal to emergency, and time delay engine cool down
- Visually inspect main and auxiliary contacts
- Inspect cabinet lamps
- Check exerciser clock
- Check annunciator, and general enclosure
